• The level must be beatable and consistent — no impossible RNG or unavoidable blind hits.
• Post the level link and a showcase/completion video in the Discord for review by the list team.
• List moderators and admins decide placement based on difficulty compared to the current list.

• Video proof is required for every submission — no video, no record.
• Your run must meet the required completion % listed for that level to earn points.
• No cheats, hacks, speedhacks, or macro/bot input — legitimate runs only.
• The video must clearly show the whole attempt with no cuts that hide gameplay.
• Submissions are reviewed by list moderators/admins and may be accepted or denied.

The WBDL (Web Browser Demon List) and IWDL (Impossible Web Demonlist) are related lists for the game Web Dashers. Levels submitted to the IWDL require at least SONlent Circles difficulty.

List owner: xenon. List admins have a larger say in difficulty placement. List moderators handle submissions and level management. Opinion helpers give input on placement but have no panel access.
